I came across this little application that can be run on any phones that use the Nokia S60 platform. It allows you to listen to Shoutcast streams on your phone wherever you are.
Alex has a Nokia N70 so I decided to test it out...
Update (9/3/07): After looking into it a little bit I found out that the reason it didn't work was because O2 uses a proxy for you to connect to the internet. So I popped a Virgin Mobile sim card in there and it worked like a charm. Read the full story for pics.

If you're wondering what's playing on Three Radio right now, it's now easier than ever. Introducing... this little thing I found.
It now shows the album, album art and a link to buy the album, enjoy.
(It works on the majority of songs but there might be a few without album information).
Visit Three Radio to see it in action.

As you can see from the front page there's been a few changes to the site.
The first is something I've wanted to get working for a while: the titles of articles are colour coded with the category that theyre in, i.e. Blog posts are in green, News is in blue, Videos are in violet and 3Radio shows are in red.
As you can see it's not quite finished yet as the category links and likes inside the posts still need to be updated.
Also, all the videos are now on YouTube instead of scattered on different websites, and coming soon we'll have a new section inspired by Pauls post about the review of Test Drive Unlimited, called '3Media Recommends' (Although the name may have to be changed because it won't fit on the menu) where we will post any recommended websites, videos, music, films, books, places to visit etc.
Check back for more updates soon and as usual we'll have some more fresh content daily.
After a whole year off air, SFM has decided to try and broadcast once again under the name of 3Radio. Presented by Sam and Chris, SFM has proved to be a real hit with the fans. But now we've decided to build a studio.
After the end of SFM in early 2006 due to computer failure, The crew and I tried to get SFM back on the road. However the computer was beyond repair and funds were low, and due to the need for two computers (one for streaming and the other for source), SFM ceased to be. A year on and I've has decided to attempt making a studio that can not only be used for broadcasting, but also used as a music studio for up and coming stars. A rough plan has been drawn up, and the conversion will include a new homebuilt computer, as well as Behringer MS-16 Monitor speakers, a Behringer UB1832FX Studio Mixer, Shure Microphones and flat panel monitors. Check back soon for more development.
On the same theme of Counter Strike, only this time for the PC, we decided to take advantage of the sprays on there to advertise 3media on the online multiplayer servers.
Seemsing we have been lacking on site hits, we thought we should try advertising on Counter Strike: Source, using our sprays while playing online against the public. We know the site wasn't on the advert, but if they were interested, they could always search for us. (Actually, Anthony forgot to put on the site address, this is just our cover-up story)
Here are the pictures I took, both were taken on fy_iceworld

The 3Media site is finally back up and running.
Long story short, everything on the server was accidentally deleted and we didn't have a backup.
So we're back with a brand new design and new content coming your way very shortly.
After waiting months for my free stuff from giveawaynetwork.co.uk I was told it would arrive today. And sure enough.. it was like christmas had come early.
I'll be posting a blog about how the whole thing works soon.
3TVs best bits from 1998-2006 (Well, the ones we didnt accidently record over)
If the title doesn't give it away then this is another bit that was going to be used in 3TV:Behind The Launch that we don't want to go to waste.
A clip originally intended to be used in 3TV:Behind The Launch but we gave up with that and we don't want it
Another clip that was intended for 3TV:Behind The Launch but never got used.
This was a school project, it explains what the greenhouse effect is and what the effects will be.
